Thanks to our many years of experience in the medical/pharmaceutical sector, today we have first-class extensive contacts. Our national expert network here in Germany encompasses around 10,000 personally recruited health-care professionals in all indication areas and health policy fields. That means that every study is carried out reliably with meaningful results. A specially cultivated physician/pharmacist network is the basis for neat, prompt recruiting of patients/health-care consumers. This applies in particular to difficult therapy areas entailing an appropriate and sensitive approach.

As specialists in the medical/pharmaceutical sector, we are closely acquainted with the critical aspects of field work. While patients need to be interviewed sensitively, particularly in delicate areas, physicians expect competent interviewers equipped with the necessary background know-how. Time and again, our experience shows that a well-conducted interview is the prerequisite for meaningful, valid data.

This is why we attach particular importance to top quality in the field. Spread out across Germany, we have around 40 qualified interviewers with a primarily academic background. On average they have more than 12 years of experience. We provide our field staff with regular training in briefings or workshops geared in topic and method to the particular study subject. In turn, their local know-how and critical feedback contribute to an even better understanding of the German health-care system.

Every study is only as good as its data. Whether the data are going to be meaningful or not is decided in the field. We are fully aware of this responsibility, and therefore pay strict attention to the very best quality. This begins already in the selection and training of our interviewers. Only the best are sent out into the field. We carry out interview quality checks for every study. Our quality assurance monitors technical execution, internal data consistency and adequate interview management.

 

Personal and individual advice: The GO project management

Our project managers have many years of experience in health-care market research; the interdisciplinary composition of the team lets them see things from different angles. This makes a crucial contribution to the quality of our surveys and analysis procedures. We work in small project teams, each with one responsible project leader. The advantage for you is that you have just ONE central contact partner for your project who is always responsible for dealing with your needs and who reacts quickly and flexibly to any requests for change. It is standard procedure for the project leaders themselves to conduct the first interviews in a project (at a central location or as pre-tests for the field). This warrants that the interview focuses on those questions that need to be asked in the context of the study. It is thus also possible to eliminate inconsistencies and errors in the survey instrument right from the start.

Our German- and English-speaking analysts guarantee precise, swift transcription, content analysis, reporting and presentation as required, even using the customer's corporate design on request. Regular, unsolicited project updates are a matter of course.
